Senior Sales Associate (Full-Time) – Club Pilates, Tallahassee, FL

30–35 hours per week

Location: Club Pilates Southwood

We’re seeking a motivated, people‑focused individual who is passionate about health and wellness and loves helping others feel their best. This is a front‑of‑house role focused on creating an exceptional first impression, building relationships, and growing our Pilates community.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
• Welcome new clients and help schedule Intro Classes for their first studio experience
• Follow up with leads and guide them toward memberships that fit their goals
• Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and private training packages
• Help manage member accounts, including freezes, cancellations, and updates
• Use our studio software (ClubReady) to track leads, notes, and tasks
• Make daily follow-up calls, texts, and emails using proven sales scripts
• Assist in training and supporting newer sales/front desk team members
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment
• Participate in studio events, community networking, and promotions
• Celebrate member milestones and highlight our community on social media
• Showcase studio life, promotions, and events on social media
