Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a dynamic Manager in Training to learn the day-to-day operations of running a Turkey Hill convenience store location. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, work various shifts, and gain hands-on experience in our retail team, vendors, and guest services.

During official training weeks, you will gain insights and best practices for managing a convenience store, followed by supervisory weeks to apply leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in retail, food service, or restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and assist in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and safety programs in locations with hot food.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including coffee station, food service area, and restrooms.
• Operate cash register efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or District Manager.
