Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a Managers In Training to grow into a Store Leader role in a fast-paced convenience store environment. You will work closely with Training Managers and Supervising Managers during official training weeks to learn operations, team development, and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities include assisting with store staffing, coaching team members, maintaining in-stock conditions, and upholding food safety and quality standards across the location.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Act as a leader within the team by setting clear goals and accountable behavior, communicating effectively.
