Qualifications

• 1–3 years of assistant management or key holder experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring and scheduling.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Assist GM with payroll tasks and hours approvals.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and task completion.
