Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee the operations of a location, drive revenue, and build a strong team culture. The role reports to the Area Director and requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential, and expects 45–50 hours per week. Candidates should have 1–3 years of management experience in retail or service settings and be adept at coaching, scheduling, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees including scheduling & performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and develop a positive team culture.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and high-quality customer experience.
• Create schedules, oversee maintenance, and enforce safety protocols.
• Drive revenue growth and manage controllable costs with BI support.
• Handle payroll tasks and handle hiring, training, and performance management.
