WhiteWater Express in Michigan seeks a Store Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead a fast-paced team, drive customer satisfaction, and develop future leaders. The role covers daily operations, safety, and staff development to ensure top performance.

The Store Manager reports to the General Manager and oversees shifts when the GM is not onsite. Base salary ranges from $47,500 to $55,000 with bonus potential.

Qualificações

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; combination of experience considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder/assistant management experience in fast-paced environments; car wash not required.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees with hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Assist in staff development, coaching, and retention of outstanding team members.
