Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or considered with experience.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead GM responsibilities during GM absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering a safe, clean, and 5-star experience.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and timely completion of tasks to meet site standards.
• Coach team members to boost revenue growth and sales performance.
• Assist in payroll tasks and enforce safety protocols.
