• Experience supervising teams of 8–12; hiring, training, scheduling, performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members and cover GM responsibilities during absences.
• Drive customer satisfaction with a safe, clean 5-star experience.
• Manage daily operations, staffing, and KPI-driven revenue growth.
• Assist GM with payroll tasks and hours approval.
