WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop future leaders. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and drive performance in the GM's absence.

The role reports to the General Manager and offers a base salary of $47,500 to $55,000 plus bonus potential, with opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace culture through team development and coaching.
• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees from drive-up to drive-out.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching team and optimizing customer interactions.
• Assist in payroll tasks, including reviewing and approving hours for all employees.
