Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and drive revenue while maintaining safety and service standards. This role oversees shifts when the GM isn't onsite and reports to the General Manager.

The position offers a base salary of $47,500 to $55,000 with bonus potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Prior retail or hospitality leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Experience supervising teams of 8-12 employees, including hiring and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead all GM responsibilities during absences to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and completion of tasks to meet site standards.
• Coach team members to drive revenue growth and improve customer interactions.
• Assist in payroll tasks, reviewing and approving hours for all employees.
