WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, develop a strong team culture, and ensure exceptional customer service during shifts when the GM is not onsite. This role reports to the General Manager and requires 1–3 years of lead experience, strong leadership and sales skills, and the ability to coach 8–12 staff while managing scheduling and performance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training and scheduling.

• Lead a positive, customer-focused workplace culture and coach team members.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and 5-star customer experience from drive-up to drive-out.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and tasks to meet site standards.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching staff and optimizing customer interactions.
• Assist GM with payroll tasks and adherence to company policies.
