Job summary

America's Thrift Stores in Houma, LA seeks a Manager III to lead the store leadership team and drive financial and operational performance, including budgeting, P&L, inventory, pricing, donations, and community engagement. You will hire, train, coach, and develop staff, uphold company culture, ensure exceptional customer service, and collaborate with the District Manager to achieve goals.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and operational expertise in a fast-paced thrift

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a retail, production, logistics, or processing environment, or 2 years of successful thrift management experience.
• Strong math and computer skills, including spreadsheet manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead assistant managers and store teams to achieve operational goals.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff with a focus on succession planning.
• Maintain SOPs and implement process improvements.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and loss prevention.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with policies.
