You will partner with the Manager III and District Manager to drive growth, manage inventory, and ensure policy adherence across donations, sales, and staff supervision.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and hands-on leadership across departments, with relocation flexibility within surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 15+ employees.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate within Georgia and surrounding states.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Asset Protection and People & Culture to investigate incidents and support follow-up.
• Delegate daily tasks to supervisors and team members to meet operational needs.
• Assist with deposits, currency exchanges, and alert management to cash issues.
• Lead and inspire a dynamic team while fostering a positive work environment.
• Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and standards to drive excellence.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and provide coaching for improvement.
• Develop team members to support growth within America’s Thrift.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline when necessary; facilitate onboarding and documentation.
• Use reports to optimize sales floor layouts and maximize revenue potential.
• Manage inventory levels across categories for quality and production.
• Oversee donations flow, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Support store operations, budgets, and targets; maintain merchandising standards.
• Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Support promotions, campaigns, and events to drive traffic.
