SpaceX in Colorado is seeking a Solutions Strategy & Operations Manager to help build the operating system for Customer Success and Solutions teams. You will start as a generalist supporting an array of technical functions with a clear path to own a business unit as we scale.

The role emphasizes building robust metrics, playbooks, and dashboards, collaborating with RevOps, Go to Market, and Finance to drive revenue growth while maintaining a global perspective.

Qualificações

• Experience in Sales or Customer Strategy and Operations.
• Experience with pre-sales, sales engineering or direct sales teams.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
• Solid operations mindset with capacity planning focus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish key metrics and compensation models.
• Evaluate performance, drivers and trends to guide actions.
• Build headcount, capacity, segmentation and coverage models.
• Create health signals, maturity models and playbooks to drive growth.
• Develop dashboards surfacing KPIs to inform action at all levels.
• Operationalize an end-to-end leadership cadence for fast decisions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership and partner with RevOps, GTM, Finance.
• Incorporate global perspectives while aligning regional plans.
