Job summary

SpaceXSI in San Francisco is seeking a Solutions Strategy & Operations Manager to scale customer-value operations across RevOps, GTM, and Finance. You will partner with senior leadership, design key metrics, and build the operating system for customer success functions.

You will work cross-functionally to create headcount and capacity models, segmentation, dashboards, and playbooks, while balancing global considerations with local nuances to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales or Customer Strategy and Operations.
• Experience with pre-sales, direct sales and technical services teams.
• Strong analytical and modeling skillset.
• Strong operations mindset with capacity modeling, staffing, planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management across levels and audiences.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish key metrics and compensation models.
• Evaluate performance, drivers and trends; guide targeted action plans.
• Build, refine and optimize headcount and capacity models.
• Build, refine and optimize segmentation and coverage models for revenue growth.
• Develop health signals, customer maturity models and playbooks to drive usage and growth.
• Create dashboards surfacing KPIs and insights to drive action across the organization.
• Establish an end-to-end operating cadence for leadership to support fast, informed decisions.
