Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a Solutions Strategy & Operations Manager to build the operating foundation that enables rapid scale across RevOps, GTM, Finance, and Delivery. You will shape investment strategy, staffing and operating models, while partnering with senior leadership to translate plans into data-driven actions.

You’ll work as a generalist across subject areas with potential to own a business unit end to end, delivering impact for customers and the company’s trajectory.

Qualifications

• Background in revenue strategy and operations.
• Experience supporting pre-sales or technical services teams.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills grounded in data.
• Experience building capacity modeling, staffing strategies, planning and core operational processes.
• Experience with pipeline, utilization and margin management.
• Ability to partner with Deal Desk, Finance and Accounting on pricing, contracts and revenue recognition.
• Proven track record of end-to-end program leadership and execution.

Responsibilities

• Build headcount and capacity models across functions and regions to optimize investments.
• Own coverage models to ensure appropriate service models per customer.
• Build analyses and reporting to deliver insights to frontline teams and leadership.
• Support leadership cadence with data-driven business reviews and planning sessions.
• Own and drive operational action plans, strategies and plays.
• Design compensation models that reward desired outcomes.
• Build pipeline visibility for Services to anticipate demand and staff early.
• Stand up project and utilization tracking across delivery teams for visibility of time and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Finance and Accounting on scoping, pricing, contracting and recognition.
