Job summary

Consumer Edge is hiring a Senior Account Manager to own and grow our CPG and Grocery client portfolio on a fully remote basis, with East Coast hours.

You will expand within accounts by identifying whitespace, negotiating contracts, upsells, and cross-sells, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Ops, and Customer Success.

You’ll work with executives, drive revenue retention, and translate data-driven insights into client value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in account management or client-facing roles at a data, SaaS, or research company.
• Experience growing accounts with expansion/upsell.
• Comfort selling to senior stakeholders (VP and above).
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a CPG, grocery, retail and restaurant account book with revenue retention responsibility.
• Build and execute expansion plans by identifying underused product lines and pitching them.
• Serve as senior point of contact for key accounts and nurture relationships beyond the original buyer.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewal conversations with opportunities to expand scope.
• Stay aligned with product roadmap and translate capabilities into client pitches.
