Connecteam is seeking an Expert Search User Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our Google and Bing search campaigns, driving qualified traffic and growth for our B2B SaaS platform.

You will collaborate with the CS, Sales, and product teams, run AB tests on landing pages, and translate data into actionable insights that improve acquisition KPIs.

The role requires a proactive, hands-on mindset and a track record of scaling paid search in a fast-growing environment.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years hands-on experience managing Google search campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Set, optimize, and scale search campaigns on Google and Bing to meet KPIs.
• Share insights with PPC account managers and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze ROI and engagement to drive actionable optimization.
