Powered by Search is seeking a seasoned individual contributor to lead our demand engine remotely from Canada. You will own acquisition channels (SEO, GEO, paid, LinkedIn ABM), owned media (blog, YouTube channel, positioning, brand), and live channels (webinars, podcast, industry events).

You’ll be the voice our buyers know before they book a call, with accountability for pipeline quality and growth. We value influencers who can host webinars, guest on podcasts, ship YouTube videos, and travel

Qualifications

5+ years doing it yourself, no interest in managing people.
Experienced in SEO, GEO, and paid acquisition; can run campaigns without a specialist.
Proven ability to host webinars, podcasts, and present on camera.
Demonstrated pipeline ownership, with qualified opportunities and lifecycle metrics.

Responsibilities

Own the demand engine across SEO, GEO, paid, and LinkedIn ABM.
Oversee owned media (blog, YouTube, positioning, brand) and live channels (webinars, podcasts, events).
Host monthly webinars and speak at industry events; grow personal brand as evangelist.
Automate and optimize tasks; ship fast and fix issues to protect pipeline.
Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
