Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands seeks a hands-on Manager of Paid Search to own and optimize large-scale campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This player-coach role leads a Paid Search Specialist, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in strategy, bidding, analytics, and performance optimization, with talent development and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience managing large-scale programs.
• Experience managing significant paid search budgets and high-volume customer acquisition campaigns.
• Expert proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven experience with Performance Max and Shopping campaigns.
• Advanced experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics.
• Strong bidding strategies, attribution, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
• Experience managing external vendor partnerships.
• Experience directly managing or mentoring team members.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Ownership of outcomes, not just activity.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Ability to communicate upward to directors and VPs.
• Experience presenting risks, insights, and recommendations.
• Paid search experience in retail, ecommerce, or rent-to-own.
• Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid search strategy, execution, optimization, and performance across Google/Microsoft Ads and other platforms.
• Develop acquisition strategies to drive traffic, growth, profitability.
• Manage large budgets with ROI targets and efficiency.
• Lead keyword strategy, segmentation, bidding, ad copy, landing pages, and structure improvements.
• Collaborate with analytics, CRM, merchandising, and creative teams.
