Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.

Responsibilities

• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and manage store staffing.
• Open/close the store and safeguard assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, and store operations.
