Job summary

Flanigan’s, the iconic South Florida restaurant chain, is seeking experienced restaurant managers to grow with us as we expand. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong operational knowledge, teamwork, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Candidates must read and write English, attend weekly and monthly meetings, maintain health-code standards, manage scheduling, and demonstrate an ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have current food management certification.
• Must be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must read and write English; basic math and calculator use required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate kitchen issues with management throughout the day.
• Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Maintain the manager’s daily log in English.
• Complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations.
• Relate an accurate, honest report of events; uphold health code standards.
