Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Edison, NJ is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support restaurant leadership and uphold standards in day-to-day operations. You’ll manage shifts, ensure customer service excellence, and oversee cash handling and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. Training programs are provided to help you succeed.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Staffing, scheduling and cost management experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and quick learner of new systems.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends and travel for training.
• Must complete Raising Cane’s training programs.
• 1+ years restaurant/retail management experience.
• 18 years or older; high school diploma preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and maintains accountability.
• Enforces company policies and standards.
• Executes shift management and safety standards.
• Uses logs/tools to support shift execution and corrective action.
• Directs crewmembers during shifts and provides customer service.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and proper facility condition.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
