Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold our standards and culture during shift management. The role involves a fast-paced kitchen environment, customer interaction, and varied temperatures both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities include managing shifts, opening/closing, cash handling, enforcing policies, and ensuring cleanliness. Competitive pay with bonuses and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards; supervises crewmembers.
• Provides exemplary customer service and utilizes reward programs.
• Ensures cleanliness and facility is in good working order; completes other duties as assigned.
