Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold the brand standards. The role involves shift management, opening/closing the restaurant, and ensuring cash handling accountability.

You will interact with customers and lead crewmembers to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Initial pay is $20.00 per hour, with benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) employer match, tuition

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends and travel for work-related functions

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture
• Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Enforce company policies and standards
• Lead shift operations and safety standards
• Direct crewmembers and provide exemplary customer service
• Utilize logs and tools to support shift execution and take corrective action when needed
• Ensure cleanliness and proper facility maintenance
• Complete other duties as assigned
