Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Must be 18+ and have high school diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during a shift
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service
• Enforces policies and safety standards and completes duties as assigned
