J. Alexander’s is seeking a Manager to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high food quality to ensure a memorable guest experience.

You will lead hourly teams, participate in a 10-week hands-on training program, and work closely with the General Manager to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Austin-based role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The manager will ensure the seamless integration of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
• Optimize operational efficiency and cost control.
• Assist the General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and delegating to hourly staff.
• Lead and develop hourly employees to grow within the operation.
