Job summary

J. Alexander’s is a contemporary American restaurant focused on scratch-made, wood-fired cuisine and genuine hospitality. The Manager will oversee seamless front-of-house and back-of-house operations, delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards of food quality.

You’ll lead a diverse team, train hourly staff, and partner with the General Manager to plan, organize, direct, and delegate. Growth and fast-track leadership opportunities are available for motivated leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; hospitality management experience ideal.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Experience managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seamless front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
• Optimize operational efficiency across the restaurant.
• Assist General Manager/Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, and delegating to hourly staff.
