Responsibilities

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactive lead management and referrals; grow relationships and ecosystem partnerships.
• Develop ecosystem leadership with COI across PNC WM, Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
• Deliver differentiated client experience from onboarding to servicing; educate on digital tools.
• Manage risk and adhere to policies; support branch daily operations.
