Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Banker Business Specialist to drive consumer and small-business banking growth from a Belmont-based Chicago branch. The role emphasizes proactive lead generation, ecosystem partnerships, and delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition to servicing.

Bilingual Spanish is preferred for serving diverse customers. The position requires collaboration with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to expand share of wallet, as well as adherence to risk

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused banking solutions.
• Ability to grow share of wallet through referrals and partnerships.
• Understanding of deposit, lending, payments and investments basics.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking under 2MM revenue.
• Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to generate referrals and opportunities.
• Manage lead generation, appointments, onboarding and servicing of clients.
• Differentiate client experience with tailored financial solutions.
• Educate clients on using technology and bank tools for transactions.
• Follow policies, manage risk, and support branch operations.
