Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; <1 year of professional experience acceptable.
• Bilingual Spanish is required for this role.
• Notary Public ability may be required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead generation and appointments inside and outside of branch; deliver differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch with COI across PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
• Differentiate client experience through advanced conversation skills and tailored solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Assist branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities and create referrals; follow up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet.
