Mindcolor Autism LLC in Wisconsin is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team. This role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision and helping children reach their potential.

You will implement individualized plans, collect data, collaborate with a BCBA, and communicate with families. We offer growth opportunities, paid training, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience working with children (ABA or developmental experience preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and up to 40 hours/week.
• Comfortable with physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to support personal care needs when necessary.
• Comfort working with challenging behaviors in a safe and supportive manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record accurate data to track progress and inform clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with your BCBA and clinical team.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
• Approximately 80% of time in direct client care; ~20% documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training, feedback, and professional development.
