Mindcolor Autism LLC is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, and support children in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience working with children (ABA or developmental experience preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans for each learner.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record accurate data to track progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and clinical team.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
