Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you grow your ABA career.

Our team emphasizes collaboration, ongoing training, and a supportive culture, with opportunities for advancement and partnerships with BCBA supervisors to guide your certification journey.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
