Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with a BCBA to implement personalized Behavior Intervention Plans across home, school, and community settings.

As an RBT, you will track progress, help clients acquire important life skills, and participate in ongoing ABA training. This role emphasizes patient engagement, data collection, and teamwork with families and professionals.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement intervention plans accurately.
• Documentation of client progress with provided tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods (DTT, naturalistic teaching, behavior management).
• Record and document client behavior and progress with provided tools.
• Support clients in building communication, social, self-care, and daily living skills.
• Create an encouraging learning environment and promote engagement and autonomy.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development in ABA practices.
