Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer supervision, mentorship, and steady support to grow your ABA career while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience or exposure to ABA therapy with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies and collaborate with BCBA and clinical team.
