Mindcolor Autism LLC is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team in Madison, WI. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under a BCBA, implementing individualized plans and supporting essential communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• CPR and First Aid certification (within 30 days of hire).
• Experience working with children (ABA or developmental experience preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability (up to 40 hours/week).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and support personal care as needed.
• Comfortable working with challenging behaviors in a safe, supportive manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans for learners.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record data to track progress and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, structured, engaging environment.
