United Care ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children and families. You’ll work under supervision with experienced BCBAs and contribute to ongoing treatment plans in both in-home and center-based settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and data-driven progress, with opportunities to advance toward lead RBT, trainer, or BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before start date.
• Experience working with children in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable, able to follow treatment plans and collect data.
• Desire to help children grow and create a positive learning environment.
• Team player who values collaboration and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and participate in training and meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
