Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC is seeking dedicated, energetic professionals to join our ABA team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll support BCBA(s) in implementing individualized behavior plans for toddlers, children and teens, promoting skills in daily activities.

You’ll work 1:1 with clients in various settings, receive ongoing feedback, and contribute to data collection, training and team collaboration. Our mission is compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with toddlers, children or teens with interest in working with individuals with special needs.
• Mandatory Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with personal auto insurance.
• Clear criminal background checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activity as needed.
• Outgoing, positive attitude and ability to receive feedback.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Desire to build a career in disabilities services.
• Ability to manage multiple activities with small children.
• Ability to follow a BSP written by a supervising BCBA.
• Basic data collection and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work in home, school, and community settings with varying schedules.
• Solid computer skills and reliable internet access.
• Commitment to ethical practice per BACB.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Implement Behavior Support Plan as directed by the BCBA.
• Accept constructive feedback and address areas of need.
• Prepare and assist in creating instructional materials.
• Complete clinical data collection and daily administrative work accurately.
• Work as a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
• Debrief caregivers on each session.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information.
• Complete authorized therapy hours per client.
• Perform other job-related duties as directed.
