Job summary

Mindcolor Autism LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a growing clinical team dedicated to children’s development through ABA therapy. You will provide 1:1 sessions under a BCBA, implement individualized plans, and help learners gain communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive, collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on, meaningful work with opportunities for growth, including Senior RBT and Peer Mentor paths, plus training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Experience working with children (ABA or developmental experience preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification (within 30 days of hire).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability (up to 40 hours/week).
• Comfortable with physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to support personal care needs when necessary.
• Comfortable working with challenging behaviors in a safe and supportive manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record accurate data to track progress and inform clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with your BCBA and clinical team.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
