Job summary

Blue Door Living, LLC in Manchester, NH is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding. You will also lead marketing campaigns and manage the CRM (LeadSimple) end to end, keeping the pipeline accurate and every lead followed up.

You will build relationships with property owners, tailor proposals, and meet monthly and quarterly targets for new units and clients signed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience in property management, real estate, or related field.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and closing new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with outbound calling aptitude.
• Comfort owning a CRM and keeping it disciplined; knowledge of LeadSimple or similar tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of property management or real estate, or ability to learn quickly; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, discovery call, propose, close, and onboard.
• Plan and run marketing campaigns and manage CRM, pipeline, and reporting.
• Develop tailored proposals and pricing; coordinate with Principal Broker for terms.
• Hand off to operations for smooth onboarding and client success.
