Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee all leasing and marketing at the property. The role works closely with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop a strategic marketing plan to achieve budgeted occupancy.

You will lead the leasing team, ensure effective staff training, manage leasing, show, lease, and move-ins, monitor campaigns, and maintain accurate reporting. This on-site position requires daily presence, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA basics, and a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management and achieving budgeted occupancy.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Ensure staff leasing techniques are effective in obtaining closures and accurate documentation.
• Audit lease files for adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and events.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
• Assist in developing the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress and campaigns.
