Job summary

Real Property Management Seacoast NH is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client growth by building trust-based relationships and developing referral pipelines across departments. You will represent RPM Seacoast NH as a credible partner in the local real estate community, with a focus on integrity and hustle.

You will be comfortable building a pipeline, making calls, and following up daily, while staying structured and self-directed to meet activity targets and close long-term

Qualifications

• Proven, verifiable success selling managed service contracts or high-trust consultative sales.
• Top-tier prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing cross-department referrals and partnerships.
• Strong time management and self-direction—you hold yourself accountable.
• Knowledge of the Seacoast NH market and local real estate landscape.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or property mgmt tools is a plus.
