You’ll lead full-funnel campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing ad content and landing pages. This role suits a results-driven marketer with 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or related digital role.
• Proven experience scaling campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok.
• Strong grasp of DTC customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, display and emerging channels.
• Develop and optimize full-funnel campaigns for product launches and promotions.
• Manage campaign performance, targeting, bidding, creative testing, and budget allocation.
• Drive ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, LTV, and contribution margin improvements.
• Manage media budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Build testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with creative/brand teams on high-performing ad content and landing pages.
• Translate insights into actionable briefs and recommendations.
• Coordinate with brand, email, influencer, social, CRM, analytics, and PR for 360° campaigns.
• Identify and test new channels and strategies for incremental growth.
