Advantage HQ is seeking a Head of Growth to lead aggressive paid media scaling for a portfolio of DTC brands. You will own growth strategy, manage a team of paid media analysts and creative strategists, and act as the senior voice to push accounts to the next level of scale.

You will drive cross-channel strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok, and translate data into durable growth while balancing short-term efficiency and long-term client trust.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in paid digital advertising.
• Experience managing large Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Analytical, decisive with strong ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication with clients, leadership, and team.

Responsibilities

• Scale Meta accounts to six figures per day where unit economics allow.
• Own full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Lead creative strategy alongside the creative team and drive winning concepts.
• Maintain senior client relationships and defend scaling decisions with data.
• Develop and mentor junior analysts and strategists to operate independently.
