Job summary

Bankrate is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead day-to-day relationships with high-value affiliate and publisher partners across Credit Cards, Home Lending, and Deposits.

You will source and onboard new partnerships, negotiate commissions, and collaborate with Ad Ops and Marketing Ops to ensure accurate campaigns and fulfillment. The role supports remote or hybrid arrangements with East Coast preference and EST hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing affiliate/publisher partnerships.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships and performance for high-value partners.
• Lead sourcing and onboarding of new partnerships.
• Negotiate commissions, placements and co-marketing initiatives.
• Monitor pacing and ROI with BI and FP&A.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with priority partners.
• Coordinate with Ad Ops and Marketing Ops to ensure campaigns are accurate.
