Job summary

Red Ventures is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to own day‑to‑day relationships with key affiliate and publisher partners across Credit Cards, Home Lending, and Deposits. You’ll negotiate deals, drive onboarding, and lead cross‑functional execution to maximize revenue and margin.

You will work with Ad Ops and Marketing Ops to keep campaigns on track, monitor ROI, and present quarterly reviews to partners. A strong ownership mindset and 3–5 years in partnerships are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing affiliate or publisher partnerships against measurable performance goals.
• Experience with financial services is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities with partner empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationships and performance for high‑value affiliate and publisher partners across Credit Cards, Home Lending, and Deposits.
• Lead sourcing and onboarding of new partnerships that expand reach and diversify channel performance.
• Negotiate commission structures, placements, and co‑marketing initiatives that protect margin while growing volume.
• Monitor pacing and ROI, partnering with BI and FP&A on forecasting and performance insight.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and performance conversations with priority partners.
• Work with Ad Ops and Marketing Ops to keep campaigns accurate and fulfillment on track.
• Identify and drive opportunities to test new placements and formats.
• Build and share best practices that raise the bar for how the team manages partners.
• Build out a team of 1–2 Partnership Managers, providing training and development.
