Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Partner Manager to lead and expand relationships with executives, SMB consulting firms, and agencies on the East Coast. You will onboard partners, enable referrals, and drive partner-sourced revenue by collaborating across marketing, sales, client service, and product teams.

In this role you will report to the VP of Partnerships, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or partnerships at an agency or tech company.
• Experience managing a pipeline in partnership with a sales team.
• Experience with professional services firms, consulting firms, agencies, and/or fractional CMOs/executives.
• Strong project management skills with ability to run multiple partner engagements in parallel.
• Experience with Slack, Claude, Salesforce (preferred).
• Based on the East Coast (NYC preferred), with travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Power Digital's relationships with executives, SMB consulting firms, and agencies across the East Coast.
• Onboard and activate partners in your book, build trust that leads to partner-sourced revenue.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, client service, and product to keep partners enabled and referrals flowing.
• Report on referral partner pipeline, conversion, and performance metrics to the VP of Partnerships.
• Collaborate with partner marketing on thought leadership and field events.
• Partner with client service to understand sentiment and performance of referred clients, and close the loop with partners on outcomes.
• Serve as the voice of the partner internally, surfacing feedback and market intelligence to product, sales, and marketing.
