E3 XPS, a nationwide exhibitive environment partner, is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead staging, shipments, installs, and dismantles while building scalable systems as we grow.

You will work with field teams to ensure on-time, accurate execution, manage staffing, and drive continuous improvement with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. Expect travel ~10% and a fast-paced, high-accountability culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of operations experience.
• Strong background in employee recruiting and retention.
• Experience in environments such as warehouse, construction, field services, manufacturing operations, events/live production, facilities management.
• Collaborative, fast-paced, high-accountability mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own daily scheduling for shipments, staging, installs, and dismantles to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage operational coverage and workload balancing; adjust schedules when priorities shift.
• Forecast staffing and labor requirements 30, 60 and 90 days ahead.
• Proactively recruit exhibit technicians, traveling supervisors and other operations staff.
• Lead and develop a team of 15-25 exhibit technicians: hire, train, coach, and retain high performers.
• Travel (~10%) to supervise installs, reinforce standards, and train teams in the field.
• Support execution by learning products, process flow, and field realities.
• Perform final quality checks and prep documentation for internal and client confirmation.
• Coordinate freight logistics: schedule shipments, create bills of lading, manage crate labeling, and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Schedule labor for local installs and dismantles; coordinate internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for team members attending shows.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase speed, accuracy, safety, and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives as the operations function scales.
