MyStaff is seeking an Operations Strategy & Planning Manager to partner with operational leadership to streamline processes and drive consistency across multiple locations. This role involves identifying opportunities, turning ideas into action, and managing cross-location initiatives.

The position emphasizes process improvement, planning for growth, and coordinating staffing and technology needs to support scaling. Travel nationwide is required, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams.
• Experience across multiple locations or departments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify ways to make operations more efficient and consistent across locations.
• Visit different locations to assess performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement standardized processes across sites.
• Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage cross-departmental projects spanning multiple locations.
• Create KPIs and use data to measure results and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to turn ideas into action.
• Assist in planning for growth, staffing, technology and operational needs.
• Provide leaders with recommendations, updates and results.
